FRESH MISSISSIPPI CATFISH TAKE-OUT MEAL, June 4, 3 - 6 PM at Shady Oak, Weavers Mennonite Church. NO RESERVATIONS. DRIVE IN TO GET YOUR MEAL! (3 catfish fillets, 2 hush puppies, tarter sauce, baked beans, coleslaw and homemade carrot or chocolate cake) A fundraiser to support the Albanian School, Lezha Academic Center (LAC). Your donation of $20 or more is greatly appreciated!
 
WOMEN ENCOURAGING WOMEN: Saturday, July 17, 2021 10 a.m. to Noon-followed by Boxed lunch (provided) and a time of fellowship. Weaver’s Mennonite Church, 2501 Rawley Pike Harrisonburg, VA. Outdoors under the oaks. (Sanctuary to be used in inclement weather)

Led in Spanish by Veronica Sanchez Offerings: Non-Perishable Food items for Lacey Spring Community Food Pantry and Mennonite Women of Virginia Executive Committee RSVP by July 10 to MWVsecretary@gmail.com NOTES: Distancing guidelines will be observed. Mask use while outdoors will be optional. Please plan to wear masks if indoors. Child Care will be provided indoors at the church. If you have dietary restrictions, please plan to bring your own lunch. Plan to bring your own beverage. A list of food pantry items needed will be coming later. Bins for the food and baskets for the Executive Committee offering will be available.
 
Lacey Spring Elementary School is asking for monetary donations for a new playground. If you would like to donate, checks can be made to Grace Mennonite Fellowship and they will be forwarded on to the school. Please earmark them for the LSES Playground.

General Announcements
 
*Grace has recently created an Online Pictorial Directory.  This is for those that are regular attendees to Grace Mennonite Fellowship.  Click on the link https://gracemennonite.ctrn.co/directory/  and use your login information.  Contact Kay Kibler if you have questions.
  
*Giving is simple and easy through EasyTithe OR you can mail a check to the church.  Easy Tithe online giving is available on gracemennonite.net! See the bottom of any page on the website for “My Online Donation.” You do not need to register to use this giving tool, but you can set up an account if you wish. Either a credit/debit card or your bank account can be used to make your donation. Contact the church office or Keith Bly with questions.
 
*The Lacey Spring Community Food Pantry is available for anyone who is in need of food. Open Mondays, 3:30-5:30 p.m., at Grace. Also, the food pantry is looking for volunteers to help with loading food boxes into vehicles. Talk to Kay Kibler if you are interested in helping.
  
*When planning a fundraising event please contact the church office to complete a Fundraising Event Request Form four weeks before the event.

*Support Grace Mennonite Fellowship Learning Center in the Philippines! If you are interested in being paired with a student, the commitment is $1/week or $5/week. See the bulletin board in the hall for more information.

*The Hispanic Church, Iglesia Menonita Monte Moriah, meets at 3pm in the downstairs large classroom.
